Double wall bellows equipment shutdown operation specification:

1, terminate heating

2, first close the bin socket, stop feeding, slowly reduce the screw speed ratio, stop extrusion.

3. Terminate the air compression and vacuum pump, withdraw the forming machine backward, and press the "stop" button of the forming machine to stop the forming control module after the pipe parts get rid of the forming control module.

4. Terminate refrigeration everywhere.

5. Disconnect the switching power supply, water resources and air compression of each machine and equipment.

6. Clear the spot.

Some problems with shutdown are solved:

1. If the forming of pipe fittings is not ideal, the modification shall be carried out. The extruder is terminated and the forming machine is withdrawn back to the proper position.

The forming control module runs again until the pipe gets rid of the forming control module and terminates.

2, in case of emergency shutdown, press the change button, when the operation of the machine equipment produces a major safety accident, should immediately disconnect the main switching power supply.
