Before installing the bellows, check the bellows to make sure that there is no color deviation and color fading, the inner and outer walls are smooth and flat, no cracks, bubbles and dents, and the inner holes of the pipe fittings are even and vertically bisect the center line.

When pipeline construction is gradually carried out, basic foundation pit excavation, backfill, rainfall, grooving, trench support points and pipeline cross type solution should be carried out in accordance with the relevant specifications. The installation of ground water in the terrain also needs to be taken into account. Because the ground water in some areas is very shallow, it will cause a lot of surface water gushing after the trench of the bellows is opened, causing harm to the progress of the bellows project.

The original soil 0.2-0.3 meters above the elevation of the base material shall be removed to the building elevation by manpower before pipe routing.

After the installation of HDPE bellows, the construction party shall carry out irrigation test in accordance with relevant technical specifications. After the project acceptance is up to the standard, the soil should be backfilled immediately. First, the soil should be backfilled to the relative height of the pipe once above the top of the pipe. The soil of the pipe trench should be backfilled gradually from the basic components at the bottom of the pipe to the manual backfill in the area of 0.5m at the top of the pipe. When backfilling, attention should also be paid to backfilling soil from both sides of the pipeline and sewage inspection well, and positioning countermeasures should be adopted if necessary.
