(1)The PET bottle recycling plant takes dirty bottles and transforms them into clean PET flakes. And the flakes can be further processed and reutilized with high commercial value. The production capacity we can make on the PET Bottle washing and recycling line can be 500kg/h to 2000kg/h. The line main purpose is intend to get the clean flakes from the dirty even mixture bottles or bottles slice during dealing with the whole washing line. And also get clean PP/PE/PET collection, labels and paper chips etc.

 as you know , for the washing line , the key point is enough water  and high speed friction machine 

when your raw material is pp pe film material , it will float on the floating tank and if pet bottle , the crushed pet will sink to the bottom of the tank and the bottle cap and Label will float on the water , normal pp pe is no need to heat the water , because pp pe film dirty is from mud and soil , these mud by high speed friction will out , when pet bottle,maybe you need to the hot washing , because more than 85 degree , the label will out of the bottle and oil will out also 

but the question is the heating way only have Electric heating and boiler heating 

Electric heating we can do the all machines you need , the extra cost is 4000-6000usd depends on the different specification , but you will consider the production electricity use , it will use about 160kw at least to heating 10 tons cooling water and also the water will reduce with the raw material and go on intering the cooling water 

for the boiler heating , we can prepare the pipe way and you can buy the boiler 

so i think floating tank heating is not good choice if you use pp pe film 

because heating is only to delete the oil and label fast 

also we suggest you buy the more Dehydrator nets as spare parts , because the nets need to change every year 

I SUGGEST 1000KG OUTPUT IS THE GOOD CHOICE ,  2000KG /H DEPENDS ON THE CRUSHER AND WORKERS FEEDER MATERIAL SPEED , NOT SHREDDER SPEED MORE FAST 

PP PE film washing recycling machine is widely used for washing and recycling waste PE film and PP woven bags,non-woven bag. This line can separate muds, sands and other impurities from films and bags easily. The whole production line is automatic controlling, compact process. it can process capacity up to 1000 kg/h, the out products can be applied for granulation.
