(1) Before starting the extruder, it is necessary to check whether the temperature of each section is normal. If abnormal, the extruder can be started after the treatment is completed, in order to avoid damage to the screw and other parts or injectors;

(2) Start the main engine after all boot conditions are met. Melt pressure must be controlled within a certain range when starting the main engine to avoid material temperature too high and spray material wounding;

(3) When extrusion, observe the host current and pressure. If the current and pressure are too large, it is necessary to check and troubleshoot the fault before starting up, so as not to damage the equipment;

(4) Monitor the temperature and sound of the main motor and gearbox at any time. If there is any abnormality, report to the equipment management personnel in time to determine whether to stop the machine;

(5) the material of the water jacket is soft, and the replacement of specifications can not collide with metal objects, and the treatment of damage can not be polished with sandpaper below 800 mesh;

(6) The normal operation of the molding machine should be observed at any time all bearings and accessories in good condition, such as damage or abnormal to be replaced and processed in time;

The lubrication system of the molding machine should always ensure normal operation, or immediately stop the molding machine;

The moving track of the forming machine should be kept clean;

⑨ Every time the module is replaced, it must be cleaned up without any garbage or foreign matter;

⑩ Each time the module is replaced, check whether all pins and positioning slots are in good condition. If there is any abnormality, handle it properly before installation.
