Pc / pmma optical sheet production line

Pc / pmma optical sheet products are mainly used in the automotive industry; membrane switch in electronic and electrical industry; lcd screen of computer, mobile phone and business communication; sunglasses, sun hat, plated glasses, protective mask; special printing; pharmaceutical packaging and other fields.

Composition of pc / pmma optical sheet production line:

Extrusion host: High efficiency single screw extruder is adopted, which has high output and good plasticizing capacity.

Screen changer: Candle wick type high-efficiency screen changer, with the characteristics of stable pressure, large filtering area and no screen change for a long time.

Pressure sensor: American dennisco pressure sensor with high sensitivity.

 Metering pump: It has the function of stabilizing the pressure, so that the pressure is stable when pc / pmma enters the die, and the thickness uniformity of the product is very high.

 Extrusion die: The single-layer and multi-layer composite coextrusion die with hanger design is adopted. The interior of the die is polished and hard plated to ensure stable and uniform extrusion and good surface finish.

 Three roller calendering: It adopts horizontal, vertical or inclined structure and independently controlled water (oil) temperature control device to ensure accurate temperature control, synchronous frequency conversion of roller, easy thickness adjustment and other characteristics.

 Tractor: It adopts two roller traction design and variable frequency speed regulation to provide accurate tensioning speed ratio for pc / pmma optical sheet production line and provide safety guarantee for production.

 Automatic cutting system: Servo motor driven cutting mode and automatic meter counting device are adopted to ensure rapid cutting and flatness.

Electrical control system: German siemens plc automatic control system

 Pc is a kind of impact resistance in thermoplastics. The sheet made of pc has * impact resistance and can maintain good impact resistance for a long time in a wide temperature range (- 40 ℃ - 120 ℃). The new shaping system of our company adopts flexible steel rods imported from japan, which can ensure faster production speed and higher plate surface quality. Applicable to the production of optical grade transparent plate with thickness of 0.125-1.0 mm and width of less than 918-1220mm
