CPP film is cast polypropylene film, also known as non stretched polypropylene film. According to different purposes, it can be divided into general cpp (gcpp) film, metallized cpp (mcpp) film and cooking cpp (rcpp) film.
Cpp is a polypropylene (pp) film produced by tape casting and extrusion process in the plastic industry. This kind of film is different from bopp (bidirectional polypropylene) film and belongs to non oriented film. Strictly speaking, cpp films only have some orientation in the longitudinal (md) direction, which is mainly due to the process properties. By rapid cooling on the cold casting roll, excellent clarity and finish are formed on the film.
After printing and bag making, cpp film is suitable for:
(composite film) packaging bags for clothing, knitwear and flowers; documents and photo album films; food packaging.
(aluminized film) metallized film that blocks packaging and decoration. After vacuum aluminizing, it can be combined with bopp, bopa and other substrates for high-grade packaging of tea, fried crispy food, biscuits and so on.
(cooking film) cpp has excellent heat resistance. Since the softening point of pp is about 140 ℃, this kind of film can be used in hot filling, cooking bags, sterile packaging and other fields. In addition, it has excellent acid resistance, alkali resistance and oil resistance, making it the preferred material in the field of bread product packaging or laminating materials. It has safe contact with food, excellent demonstration performance, will not affect the flavor of the inner food, and different grades of resin can be selected to obtain the required characteristics.
(functional film, also known as special film) potential uses also include: Food outer packaging, candy outer packaging (twist film), drug packaging (infusion bag), replacing pvc in photo albums, folders and documents, synthetic paper, self-adhesive tape, business card folder, ring folder and standing bag composites.
CPP new application markets, such as dvd and audio-visual box packaging, bread and pastry packaging, vegetable and fruit antifogging film and flower packaging, as well as synthetic paper for labels.
